- Leading the submission of an SQ or ITT
- Preparing and monitoring the bid strategy and timetable including bid launch and tender period meetings
- Liaising with your team members where necessary to collect information

- Creation of a collaborative platform for sharing data
- Administrating any online Portals including managing and monitoring clarifications and making final submissions
- Can include graphic design input if required.
Bid Writing
- Accountable to your Bid Manager who will organise and administer the bid submission including all necessary meetings
- Liaising with your team members where necessary to collect information
- Creation of responses where required
- Critiquing client responses and making suggestions for improvements
- Creation of a collaborative platform for sharing data
- Preparing documents ready for client to submit.
Graphic Design
- Laying out of word documents into columns and organising large submissions including multiple appendices with contents and dividers
- Creating submissions using In-Design including all graphics, photos and dividers ready to be submitted as a PDF stand-alone document
- Creating new bid templates and other supplementary documents such as policies, CVs etc using existing branding
- Creation of marketing and community documents such as company portfolios and Newsletters.
Policies
- Advice generally on compliance issues effecting the housing sector
- Review of your current policies and suggested improvements
- Creation of new policies and statements for your approval such as: Business Continuity Plan, Customer Care Charter, Social Value strategy.
Award Submissions
- Management of award submissions
- Creation of category nomination write ups and submission.
Marketing & Business Development
- Marketing and Business Development reviews including competitor analysis, existing and future customer profiles, workstreams and geographic locations
- Creation of strategy to identify new customers or re-establish existing relationships
- Establishment of key messages
- Marketing support including new brochures, digital newsletters, website updates and social media presence.
- Implementation of action plan to support new strategy.
